One of my favorite things about Prosecco is that they ensure that their menu reflects all twenty regions of Italy. They have house made pasta and risotto in addition to their many fish, game and meat selections. Their menu offers a depth that is often difficult to find in an Italian restaurant. This is a great new restaurant!
