		<description>I&#039;ve gone to Florence and have tasted the famous &quot;Bistecca alla Fiorentina&quot; and I&#039;m sorry, you can&#039;t beat the Midwest for steak.  I just don&#039;t think Italy has the outstanding meat that we have here.  Spicing the steak as you suggested would be even better than the original. twitter:Lisa1LinenLady</description>
